Lincoln Improvement Company
Lincoln Improvement Company was in the businesses of real estate and construction, while also offering "Plans Furnished."[4] The firm first listed a house for sale in June of 1916 and advertised properties frequently in Lincoln newspapers through the late 'teens.[1] Emmet E. Bogan was the manager.[3]

a. Bogan is listed in the 1917 Lincoln city directory as Emmet E. Bogan, manager of Bogan Engineering Company, "Builders City and Farm Property, Structural Engineering." He was born in 1886 and died in Ohio in 1967.[2][3]
