D.B.A. S. E. Maxon & Company, Architects

Stiles Ezra Maxon was born in July 1849, in New York. He was an architect in Omaha and the principal of S. E. Maxon & Company. He also worked for the U.S. Treasury Department, from his home in Council Bluffs. At some point before 1900, Maxon moved to Portland, Oregon to continue his work in architecture. Maxon was married to Eliza, with whom he had seven children. He died on October 6, 1914 and is buried in Pendleton, Oregon.[4][5][6][7]
