Louis Cyril Bouchard (also Bouschard) was born on September 4, 1884 in Cook County, Illinois.[6][7][12] He was married to Marion and, as of 1920, had one daughter.[6] He practiced architecture in Illinois primarily, but also designed a residence in Omaha, Nebraska.[1][6][9][10][11] He died February 11, 1965 in Orange County, California.[8][12]
