Isaac E. Phelps (1841-1921), Architect-Builder
Isaac E. Phelps was born in May 1841, in New York. He lived in Wahoo for at least forty years and worked as a carpenter. Phelps was married to a woman named Nancy and had at least one child, a daughter named Mary. Phelps died in 1921 and is buried in Greenwood Cemetery, in Wahoo, Nebraska.[2][3][4][5] He was not found in the 1870 U.S. Census data for Nebraska.
