Frank Reed, Jr. (1906-1975), Architect and Engineer
Frank Reed, Jr. was born March 22, 1906. He worked as an architect and engineer for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Reed died in June 1975, in Fairfax, Virginia.[1][4]
