Reinhart William Schropfer was born September 16, 1921, on a farm near Ohiowa, Wyoming. In 1942 he enlisted in the U.S. Army and served as a compat engineer in the European Theater. He then graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1948. He then practiced architecture out of Casper, Wyoming, until his retirement in 1986. He married Marjorie Conard in 1946, and had 3 three children. He died on May 27, 1989.[1][2]
