Not much is known about J.J. Humphreys, other than that he was a member of the Architectural Board for the Trans-Mississippi and International Expostition that was held in Omaha from 1897-1898.[1:134] He was not found in the federal census in Nebraska or Colorado in 1900 or 1910.
