Homer Koch was born on February 28, 1890 in Arnold, Nebraska to Mr. and Mrs. John F. Koch.[1][2] He began work as a carpenter in Arnold in 1908, and went on to build many of Arnold’s business buildings and town residences, as well as some country homes.[1] He married Addie Wilson in 1911, and they had one daughter. Koch continued working until shortly before his death on November 9, 1973.[1][2]
