Holver Andress Flesher was born on October 2, 1865 in Stavenger, Norway to Elin Serina Larvik and Anders Halvorson Flesja. He emmigrated to America in 1881. He lived in Douglas, Iowa in 1885, and moved to Omaha, Nebraska in 1887, where he worked and lived the rest of his life as a carpenter and contractor. He married his wife Jacobine Kristine Sorenson (usually Christina J.) in 1893, and they had 4 sons Herbert, Roy Peter, Paul Reuben, and George Phillip, and 4 daughters Esther, Myra, Lydia, and Bertha Viola. Flesher died on February 14, 1940 in Omaha. [3][4]
