Information = Poster; Czech Festival, 1979

Description = Wilber was designated the Czech Capital of Nebraska by Governor's proclamation in 1963 and Czech Capital of the USA in 1987. In 1965 a state historical marker was dedicated in Wilber to the Nebraska Czechs. Wilber began its annual Czech Festival in August 1962. It marks its 53rd year in 2014.
