Clarence Milton Stoffel was born May 23, 1893, in St. Louis, Missouri.[1][2] He practiced architecture and worked in the construction business in Omaha. He was married to Alicia, and he had two children, who were named Clarence M. and Alicia, presumably in honor of the parents.[4] Stoffel died July 2, 1965.[3][5]
