Charles R. De La Matyr was born in December of 1854 in Pennsylvania, and married his wife Emma in 1881.[1] He appears in Fremont as an employee of the Seeley & Son Company, Architects, who advertised variously as elevator builders, and architects. De La Matyr advertised alone as an architect in 1910-1911, and then disappears.
