'''George Clyde Money''' was born in Corwith, Iowa on April 16, 1921. He attended Kansas State College from 1939-1940, but then served in the U.S. Navy, in Command of LST, from 1941-1946. Money finished his education at Iowa State University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture in 1943. In this same year, Money became married, and would eventually have two children. Money went to work for [[John Latenser & Sons, Architects|John Latenser & Sons]] from 1946-1947, whereupon he transferred to the firm of [[James T. Allan (1890-1957), Architect|James T. Allan]], where he worked until 1956. In 1956, Money joined a partnership in the firm, Allan, Monet & Keogh for one year, until he started working for [[Cecil A. Martin & Associates, Architects]], until 1961. In 1962, Money began another partnership at his firm, [[Martin-Money & Associates, Architects|Martin-Money & Associates]], in Omaha, until 1967. In 1970, Money became the Director of the Physical Plant at the University Nebraska Medical Center.

'''Money''' had extensive foreign travel, including destinations such as the Phillipine Islands, Okinawa, Cuba, Panama, China, Japan, and Hawaii, mostly while he served in the Navy. Money was a Member of the Masonic Lodge, Junior Chamber of Commerce, YMCA, National Rifle Association, the Omaha Safety Council Committee, and the State Fire Marshal Regulations Advisory Board Commission. He received an award from Institution Magazine at the 13th Annual Food Service Contest United Air Lines Flight Kitchen. Money died in 1991.[[#References|[1][2][3][4]]]
