'''Frank M. Parsons''' was born in Burlington, Iowa, in 1865. In 1920, he worked as a railroad architect in Omaha. He also designed some residential buildings in the area. Parsons was married to Josephine, and had at least one daughter, Ethel.[[#References|[2][3][4]]] He died in Omaha on August 29, 1930 at age 64 and was interred at Forest Lawn Cemetery.[[#References|[3]]]
